That commercial is only a slight exaggeration. They *did* dig up the yard at my old place, they *did* send these incredibly long, encrypted bills with silly fees embedded in them, and they *did* do a faulty installation job. Not to mention these tidbits: I worked with the sales guy who set up the installation and ran the numbers with him myself at least 3 times to make sure we would be saving money in moving from DirecTV, and each time it looked like our bill would be around $120 for everything, which I was fine with at the time. First bill was over $300, second bill was around the same... no bill was ever under $160. I was on the phone with them constantly about billing, tweaking our plan to remove all sorts of foolishness. Dude... I signed for free HBO for 3 months and cancelled it around the second month just to be extra careful, and they still charged me BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT I WOULD END UP USING IT.</description>
